Faculty of Education at Al-Madinah International University Organizes a Training Workshop Entitled: “Transformational Leadership: Towards Effective and Adaptive Institutional Development”
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the competencies of academic and administrative leaders, and under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Rector of Al-Madinah International University, Dato’ Dr. Saeed bin Nuaif Al-Raddadi Al-Hazmi,the Faculty of Education, in coordination with the University’s Training and Consulting Center, organized a specialized training course entitled: “Transformational Leadership: Towards Effective and Adaptive Institutional Development” on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 4:30 PM (Mecca time), via Google Meet. The course was delivered by Dr. Nasser Al-Shahri, who addressed the vital concept of transformational leadership and the importance of translating leadership thought into practical application—empowering institutions to keep pace with rapid changes in the educational and administrative work environment.
🎯 General Objective of the Program:
To enable participants to understand the dimensions of transformational leadership and apply its tools in their work environments to efficiently and effectively manage institutional change.
