Ethical Challenges of Using Artificial Intelligence in Leadership

The Faculty of Education at Al-Madinah International University Organizes a Scientific Lecture Entitled: “Ethical Challenges of Using Artificial Intelligence in Leadership”

As part of its continuous efforts to keep pace with digital transformations and enhance ethical awareness in leadership and education, the Faculty of Education at Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia, under the gracious patronage of the Honorable President of Al-Madinah International University, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ammar Batheesh, organized a scientific lecture entitled Ethical Challenges of Using Artificial Intelligence in Leadership”. The lecture was held on Saturday, 27 December 2025, at 2:00 PM (Makkah Time) via the Zoom platform, and was delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Iman Mohamed Mabrouk Kotb.

The lecture aimed to highlight the ethical dimensions associated with employing artificial intelligence in leadership and to build professional awareness that balances technological development with human responsibility, particularly in educational and institutional settings.

🎯 General Objective of the Lecture:

To raise awareness among educational leaders and professionals regarding the ethical frameworks governing the use of artificial intelligence in leadership and to promote responsible decision-making practices.
